FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

FDC ASSAULT ADVISORIES | March 28 – April 3, 2024

This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

Central Florida Reception Center: On Wednesday, April 3, Inmate Jay Kollmansberger (A20867) assaulted a correctional officer by throwing an object at the officer, hitting the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Suwannee Annex: On Wednesday, April 3, Inmate Malik Williams (T83839) assaulted a correctional officer by punching the officer in the face.

Cross City Correctional Institution: On Tuesday, April 2, Inmate Billy Thomas (S32383) assaulted a contracted staff member.

Lowell Annex: On Tuesday, April 2, Inmate India Lackey (H92151) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Florida State Prison: On Tuesday, April 2, Inmate Brandolen Miller (N21574) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Avon Park Correctional Institution: On Monday, April 1, Inmate Reginald Williams (P39248) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Santa Rosa Annex: On Monday, April 1, Inmate Alvin Parrish (386579) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer’s feet with a broom. The incident was captured on camera.

Jackson Correctional Institution: On Monday, April 1, Inmate Brandon Scarpati (J90299) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer’s hands. The incident was captured on camera.

Lowell Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 31, Inmate India Lackey (H92151) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Century Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 31, Inmate Daurell Dorsett (M74391) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 31, Inmate Lemar Whitefield (J45627) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer’s arms. The incident was captured on camera.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 31, Inmate Matthew Jackson (G62137) assaulted a correctional officer by kicking the officer’s legs. The incident was captured on camera.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 31, Inmate Malik Brown (G27283) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Homestead Correctional Institution: On Saturday, March 30, Inmate Arielle Lenhart (Y51502) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer’s hands. The incident was captured on camera.

Cross City Correctional Institution: On Saturday, March 30, Inmate Jonathan Raposo (C90803) assaulted a correctional officer by kicking the officer in the knee.

Martin Correctional Institution: On Saturday, March 30, Inmate Khadis Bennett (I43175) assaulted a correctional officer by punching the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On Saturday, March 30, Inmate Michael Kolb (J58710) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Lowell Annex: On Saturday, March 30, Inmate Elisha Morris (B52116) assaulted a correctional officer by kicking the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Baker Work Camp: On Saturday, March 30, Inmate Charles Brown (V08725) assaulted multiple correctional officers by kicking and striking the officers. The incident was captured on camera.

Santa Rosa Annex: On Friday, March 29, Inmate Christopher Sides (E54178) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer by the wrist. The incident was captured on camera.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On Friday, March 29, Inmate Kenard Graham (B05297) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Northwest Florida Reception Center: On Friday, March 29, Inmate Randy Cates (134382) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the jaw. The incident was captured on camera.

Santa Rosa Annex: On Friday, March 29, Inmate Christopher Sides (E54178) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer by the wrist. The incident was captured on camera.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On Thursday, March 28, Inmate Durrel Paramore (M49315) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer with a laundry bag. The incident was captured on camera.

Lowell Annex: On Thursday, March 28, Inmate Megan Mims (N30580) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.
