Visitor Arrested for Trafficking Narcotics

CHIPLEY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of visitor Brenda Fenner. Fenner is charged with introduction of contraband, trafficking in MDMA and trafficking in hydrocodone.

Following the arrest Fenner was transported to the Washington County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the alert staff of the Northwest Florida Reception Center and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
