FDC Hosts Job Fair for Offenders on Probation


TAMPA, Fla. – TAMPA, Fla. – Media are invited to attend FDCs’ Re-Entry Job & Resource Fair for offenders on probation. Media have the opportunity to interview regional FDC community corrections leadership and speak with employers, community resource providers and attendees.

WHAT:FDC’s Re-Entry Job & Resource Fair will connect businesses with potential candidates and provide services to individuals under FDC supervision.

WHY: FDC’s This job and resource fair fulfills our Agency’s mission to connect offenders with resources needed to successfully complete probation. Job security is vital to the rehabilitation of these motivated men and women. Their ability to work and become self-sufficient is key to lowering recidivism, thereby creating a safer community for all of us.
