Announcement: JPay Undergoing Software Updates

Beginning September 26, 2022, communication vendor JPay will begin a software upgrade to the statewide network.

This may cause a temporary disruption of service for inmates at impacted facilities, during their upgrade period. Until the upgrade process is complete, tablet orders will be on hold.

The following measures are in place, at impacted facilities:

  • Access to email services, as well as photos, eCards, video grams, and video visitation will be available at the kiosks.
  • If mail cannot be viewed on tablets due to the software update, it will be printed at no cost to the inmate.
  • No disruption in telephone services or in-person visitation.
