Scanned Mail Processing Center Closing for Hurricane Ian


TALLAHASSEE, Fla – The JPay mail scanning center located in Tampa, Fla. closed due to a Hurricane Ian emergency evacuation order for Hillsborough County. The JPay Mail Scanning Center will return to normal operations as soon as it is safe to do so. There will be a delay in the receipt of scanned mail for inmates due to this closure.

Individuals are encouraged to visit the Department website or social media channels prior to contacting individual institutions. Frequent updates regarding visitation and office closures will be posted on Facebook, Twitter, and www.FDC.MyFlorida.com.
