Tallahassee, Fla. – Florida Department of Corrections Secretary Ricky Dixon was recently interviewed by Mike Licquia of The Florida Channel for Capital Update. Secretary Dixon spoke about incentivized prisons, his hope for future expansion and the importance of incentivizing positive behavior.
