Scanned Mail Processing Center Reopens After Hurricane Ian

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. —The JPay mail scanning center located in Tampa, Fla. has reopened today, September 30. The JPay Mail Scanning Center has resumed normal operations and will work through this weekend to clear any backlog of mail caused by Hurricane Ian delays.  

Individuals are encouraged to visit the Department website or social media channels prior to contacting individual institutions. Frequent updates will be posted on Facebook, Twitter and www.dc.state.fl.us.
