Friends & Family Announcements
The Office of Citizen Services primary role is to provide open communication between the public and the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC). The office assists with locating and verifying information as well as assisting with inquiries related to FDC. We serve as a conduit and do not circumvent departmental policies and procedures.

| 11/16/2023 | iCare | The Florida Department of Corrections is excited to announce the iCare Fresh program. iCare Fresh allows friends and family members to purchase freshly prepared, restaurant style meals through our secure website using a credit or debit card. This program provides another way that friends and family members can stay connected and provide your loved one with a taste of home. iCare is scheduled to be available at all institutions by December 20, 2023. Regular visiting is permitted on the following upcoming holidays: Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
