FDC ASSAULT ADVISORIES | April 4 – April 10, 2024
This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.
Lowell Annex: On Wednesday, April 10, Inmate Alyna Donelson (C31605) assaulted multiple correctional officers. The incident was captured on camera.
Florida State Prison: On Wednesday, April 10, Inmate Marhlau Belizare (M68880) assaulted a staff member by biting the employee’s fingers.
Santa Rosa Annex: On Wednesday, April 10, Inmate Michael Lindstrom (J41174) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the arm. The incident was captured on camera.
South Florida Reception Center: On Tuesday, April 9, Inmate Luis Acosta (M93414) assaulted a correctional officer.
Lake Correctional Institution: On Tuesday, April 9, Inmate Raheem Morris (J46020) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer’s arms. The incident was captured on camera.
Hardee Correctional Institution: On Tuesday, April 9, Inmate Eugene Harriell (K57508) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.
Florida State Prison: On Tuesday, April 9, Inmate Tarrin Blue (L33193) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.
Mayo Annex: On Tuesday, April 9, Inmate Charlie Sykes (H37002) assaulted two correctional officers by striking one of the officers in the jaw and the other officer in the head. The incident was captured on camera.
Martin Correctional Institution: On Tuesday, April 9, Inmate Khadis Bennett (I43175) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the head. The incident was captured on camera.
Florida Women’s Reception Center: On Monday, April 8, Inmate Jasmine Brooks (A12264) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the arm. The incident was captured on camera.
Florida State Prison: On Monday, April 8, Inmate Raul Rosado (N91865) assaulted multiple correctional officers. The incident was captured on camera.
Suwannee Correctional Institution: On Monday, April 8, Inmate Justin Mcdougald (A51605) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.
Hamilton Annex: On Monday, April 8, Inmate Robert Lawson (C90364) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the face.
Avon Park Correctional Institution: On Sunday, April 7, Inmate William Keys (D57400) assaulted a correctional officer by kicking the officer in the chin.
Hardee Correctional Institution: On Saturday, April 6, Inmate Sammy Rozier (G31464) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.
Union Correctional Institution: On Friday, April 5, Inmate Dennis Riddell (573563) assaulted a correctional officer by kicking the officer’s legs. The incident was captured on camera.
Hardee Correctional Institution: On Friday, April 5, Inmate Zevin Mitchell (M76920) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.
Hamilton Annex: On Friday, April 5, Inmate Dominic Baldwin (H28629) assaulted a correctional officer by pushing the officer in the back. The incident was captured on camera.
Hardee Correctional Institution: On Thursday, April 4, Inmate Homer Brooks (051094) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the torso.
Florida State Prison: On Thursday, April 4, Inmate Willy Moise (R14911) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.
